Our professional and experienced staff have extensive travel experience and have traveled extensively. They are continuing their travel education by keeping up on all the latest changes in the industry.

Stefanie Shackelford, Owner & Travel Agent, Bio

Odyssey Travel was founded in 1993 and began as a full service travel agency specializing in leisure, group and incentive travel. As the agency grew, Stefanie added a meeting and event planning division. In 2001 she moved the agency to Sonoma in the heart of the wine country. Stefanie has been in the travel industry since 1983 and has many destinations and specialty certifications. She has traveled extensively in Europe, Mexico, Hawaii and the Caribbean. Stefanie is always creating new ways to improve the company and changing products with the changing times. She is married to Bob Duffield and has a daughter named Ashley.

Clifford Bainum, Travel Consultant, Bio

For over 20 years, Cliff has utilized his travel industry knowledge to design travel that fits your style, whether a family vacation, that special cruise, or a special getaway such as a honeymoon or anniversary. His is an invaluable resource for corporate travelers dealing with airlines, hotels and conference centers, solving unique and often challenging situations that arise on a business trip. Cliff is a California native, having been born in Santa Cruz. He served in the US Air Force and now resides in Cotati with his partner of 18 years, Mark Protiva, their Rottweiler, Luna, and their cats Paxton and Marty. Cliff and Mark enjoy traveling, good food, good wine and most of all good company.

Carmelia Carolien, Executive Assistant, Bio

Carmelia joined Odyssey Travel as the Executive Assistant. She has experience assisting Executives in various industries in Bali, Indonesia. She has traveled to Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, UAE, Jordan, Holland, Germany as well as the United States for her job.

She is married to Randy Gouw and resides in Sonoma with their cat “Meow.”

Craig Schorr, Travel Consultant, Bio

Craig joined Odyssey Travel in 2005 as a Travel Consultant specializing in family travel and Concierge services. Craig has been in the hospitality service sector for over 30 years. He has also received numerous destination and specialty certifications. Happy client families have visited Japan, Costa Rica, Mexico, Hawaii, Disneyworld and numerous cruise destinations with Craig's guidance. Blanche Tabarracci, Travel Consultant, Bio

Blanche works for Odyssey Travel as a Travel Consultant, serving you with years of experience. She was born and raised in Italy and is an expert on this location. She currently lives in Sonoma, CA and loves the area!

Nicolle Johnson, Travel Consultant, Bio

Nicolle Johnson graduated from the University of California, Davis with a Bachelor of Science in Genetics. Since that time she has worked in meeting planning and had the wonderful opportunity to be on site coordinator for many events. Nicolle is also certified and trained in understanding personality and is able to lead private and corporate groups through many fun and insightful activities to increase communication, cooperation, and personal growth. She is married to Carl Johnson and has triplets, two boys and one girl!

Gwen Janson, Travel Consultant, Bio

Gwen resides with her husband in Santa Rosa, CA. She was born and raised in Sweden, and is an expert of European travel specializing in geography and researching and planning interesting itineraries. Gwen has been in the travel industry for over 25 years and loves Cruises and River Cruises. Her favorite place to travel is Italy!
